The Dashboard serves as your command center in Jimo, providing a snapshot of your ongoing activities and easy navigation to essential features.

Each experience type on Jimo has a dedicated dashboard, accessible from the sidebar menu, designed to streamline your workflow from creation to analysis.
Navigating the Dashboard
Gain insights into how to use the Dashboard's full capabilities to streamline your workflow and keep track of performance metrics. After the creation of your first experience, the dashboard evolves:
A (New Tour Button): The "New Tour" button allows you to create a new tour or modal.
B (Calls to Action): Accessible CTAs for assistance and resources, including a re-accessible interactive demo. Need guidance or a professional review of your experience? The "Book a call" button connects you with one of our experts to help you refine and enhance your tours.
C (Tabs for Views): The tabs, beginning with "All", allow you to categorize and sort your experiences. Plus, the '+' tab enables you to tailor new views for a more personalized organization.
D (Filter Options): Filters like Status, Segments, and Tags, coupled with display choices, provide you with a tailored view of your experiences, ensuring that you're seeing exactly what you need, and how you need it.
E (Display Options): Use the display options to choose the way that suits you best to browse your experiences. They can be displayed as a detailed list (by default), a mosaic, or a simplified list.
F (Experience Preview): Get a preview of your tour or modal with essential details such as status and reach, allowing you to assess and modify your work before it goes live.
Experiences List of Quick Accesses
Discover how to manage all your experiences from the Dashboard with ease, making adjustments and reviews as needed. You'll find a few pieces of information directly on the list. On hover, it will reveal quick access to more features
A (Status Indicator): The color-coded 'Draft' label allows you to instantly recognize the current status of your experience.
B (Preview): A small preview of the first step of your Tour.
C (Experience Name, Creation date, and Tags): The name of the experience, 'Example 1' in this case, is prominently displayed for easy identification. See when the experience was created with a timestamp, such as 'Created 23 days ago,' keeping you informed about the timeline of your content alongside tags if there are any applied.
D (Edit Button): This pencil icon is a shortcut that takes you directly to the builder interface for the selected experience.
E (Settings Button): The cog icon opens the settings menu where you can adjust Target & Publish parameters for the experience.
F (Duplicate Button): Use this option to make a draft copy of the experience if you want to use it as a starting point for a new one.
G (Delete Button): When an experience is no longer needed, this bin icon allows you to remove it from your Dashboard.
H (Reach Indicator): This icon, along with the 'Champions - 0 reached' text, gives you a quick view of the targeted segments and the engagement level of your experience.
Any published experience can be Played/Paused directly from the dashboard list.
-> Click on any entry on your list to access its detailed dashboard and manage or review your experience.
Managing Experiences
Experience Overview:
Instructions on monitoring the status and health of each experience.
A (Back to Dashboard): This arrow takes you back to the main Dashboard view, allowing for easy navigation between different sections.
B (Edit & Settings): At the top-right, you have the 'Settings' gear icon and the 'Edit' pencil icon, which are shortcuts for modifying your experience settings and content.
C (Steps Overview): Here you'll see a visual representation of each step in your Tour or Modal. This interactive area lets you add, arrange, and edit the steps that make up the user's journey.
D (Insights Section): The lower portion of the dashboard provides 'Insights', which splits into 'Statistics' and 'Issues'. This area is crucial for monitoring how users interact with your experience and for catching any problems early on.
Creating and Editing Experiences:
The Steps section is where the narrative of your Tour unfolds. It's a visual storyboard that displays each interaction planned for the user.
A (Steps Display): Each card represents a step in your Tour, showing a brief overview of what the user will see. It's like a chapter in a story, laying out the journey you've created for your users.
B (Edit Step Button): Hover over a step, and the 'Edit' button appears, inviting you to refine and perfect the content and triggers for that particular interaction.
This intuitive layout makes it simple to assess the flow of your Tour, ensuring each step is engaging and purposeful.
Live Edit
When editing a live experience, some changes are safe while others can affect your analytics. will remind you of the affected aspects when you open the builder on a published experience. You can recheck these details via the "What's safe to edit?" alert in the top bar.
Safe to Edit:
Fixing typos or small grammar mistakes
Small changes in step styles
Use Caution:
Reordering & adding new steps (can affect current funnel data)
Changing step conditions and logic (can affect current funnel data)
Editing step settings (can modify user interactions)
Editing CTA actions (can impact button click analytics)
