This post dashboard is your central hub for managing and analyzing individual posts. From here, you can dive into specific adjustments, review comments, or assess the overall effectiveness of your post.
Navigation and General Information (A):
Back to Dashboard: This option allows you to return to the main dashboard of the Changelog section.
Post Details: Displays the name of the post and its creation date, providing quick reference information.
Data Management Tools (B):
Export Responses: Allows you to download the data and comments associated with the post in CSV format, useful for external analysis and reporting.
Edit: Access the post builder to make necessary adjustments or updates to the content.
Delete: Remove the post entirely if it's no longer relevant or required.
Data Viewing Tabs (C):
Insights, Analytics, Comments: Switch between these tabs to view qualitative data (Insights), quantitative metrics (Analytics), and user feedback (Comments).
Engagement Overview:
Engagement Rate (D): Summarizes the percentage of users who interacted with the post compared to those who viewed it.
Users Reached (E): Indicates the total number of users who have seen the post.
Users Engaged (F): Shows how many users have interacted with the post, providing a measure of active involvement.
Views (G): Counts the total views of the post, including unique views, to gauge its popularity and reach.
Activity Graph (H): A detailed graph displaying daily activity, such as views or interactions, helping identify trends and peak engagement periods.
Filter Options (I): Allows you to filter the graph by different metrics such as views, reach, or engagement, enabling a customized view of data.
Segmentation (J): Analyze engagement by specific user segments, offering insights into how different groups interact with your content.

This section is designed to provide insights into individual user interactions with your changelog if available, offering tools for detailed user engagement analysis.
It allows you to engage directly with user feedback and monitor interaction details. Maintain an active dialogue with your user base and adapt your content based on their input.
Navigation and Functionality:
Tab Selector (A): Allows you to switch between different analytical perspectives of your post: Insights, Analytics, and Comments, each offering unique data views and functionalities.
Comment Counter (B): Displays the total number of comments your post has received, giving you a quick overview of user engagement at a glance.
Comment Details (C): Each comment is listed with the user’s name, email (partially obscured for privacy), and the content of their feedback. This helps in understanding the context and specifics of each interaction.
Management Options (D): Clicking on the three dots next to each comment opens management options, allowing you to delete comments or edit them.
Reply Feature (E): This enables you to respond directly to user comments from within the dashboard, facilitating ongoing communication and enhancing user engagement.
Timestamp (F): Shows how long ago the comment was made, helping you track the recency of feedback and prioritize responses accordingly.

A (Dynamic Filtering Options):
Step and Time Filters: Customize the display of user data using filters for specific steps of the tour and time periods. These filters allow you to focus on user interactions that are most relevant to your analysis needs.
B (Detailed User List):
User Data Display: Each entry in the list provides essential information about the user, including their name or ID, email address, and the last time they interacted with the tour. Users listed as "Anonymous" are not registered but have interacted with the tour.
Individual User Access: Clicking on a user's entry will direct you to a detailed view of their activity, outlined in the "Users & Segment" section. This feature is crucial for understanding individual user behaviors and patterns.
C (Data Export Capability):
Export as CSV: The ability to export this detailed list as a CSV file is prominently provided, allowing for easy data manipulation and integration with other analysis tools outside of the platform.

Adjust your designs in the Builder based on detailed user interactions, or optimize your delivery strategies on the Target & Publish page to better reach your intended audience. These tools enable you to directly apply analytical insights for enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.
