The different kinds of surveys that you can create with Jimo.

Let’s start with the different kinds of surveys that you can build with Jimo:

  • Opinion Scale

Measure opinion with a rating scale. Of course, you can modify the type of “Icons”, the number of possible answers, etc.

  • Multiple choice questions

Ask a question with multiple choices. Single or multiple answers? Inline or Block disposition? You have all the possibilities to create the perfect multiple choices question.

  • Open question

Collect answers with text.

  • NPS

You’ll be able to create the most engaging NPS that you’ve ever seen!

  • Concept Test

Conduct research on designs or prototypes by embedding Figma prototypes directly on your platform. Get more information here.

  • Interview prompt

Invite users to book a slot in your Calendar. For example, users can book a Calendly slot directly in an experience. More information is here.

  • Text Block

Write basic texts and add images or videos to give/share pieces of information with your users about your discovery.

  • Thank you block

End the interaction with joy! The best way to say thank you 🙂.

Add conditions to display another experience depending on the answers

You have the possibility to create a single-step survey or a multistep survey. Depending on the users’ answers, you can display another step/question. So, it’s very easy, in your step settings, add your conditions between each step to display the next question/step depending on previous answers.

Viewing and analyzing survey responses

Once your survey is live, Jimo will automatically collect and aggregate responses. To view and analyze these responses, navigate to any of your experiences in your Jimo dashboard and click on it. Now, you can see all users’ insights collected and some engagement analytics. It will help you understand user feedback and make informed decisions.
