To access the insights page for a discovery experience in the Jimo dashboard, follow these steps:
Navigate to the experiences page (Tours or Surveys).
Locate the desired experience in your experiences list.
Click on the experience.
By clicking on the experience, you will be directed to the analytics page specifically associated with that experience.
For discovery experiences, you’ll find two tabs in the user interface. The first tab is the Report page, which provides valuable insights gathered from surveying your users. This page allows you to gain a deeper understanding of your user base and their preferences. The second tab is the Statistics page, which provides you with detailed information about the reach of your surveys and the timeline of user engagement. By analyzing these statistics, you can track the effectiveness of your surveys over time and make informed decisions based on the data.
Once you navigate to the report page, you will have the ability to utilize the comprehensive data that has been collected. This valuable information will provide you with a deeper understanding of your users, enabling you to make informed product decisions that align with their needs and preferences.
When the responses start coming in, it can be highly beneficial for you to have the capability to filter and analyze them. By doing so, you will gain deeper insights into emerging trends and even identify individual users who provided specific answers. This added functionality will greatly enhance your ability to make data-driven decisions and derive meaningful conclusions from the collected responses.
You can easily do that by hovering over the answer you want to be more specific with. This feature allows you to obtain additional details and information about a particular answer, providing you with a more comprehensive understanding of the topic at hand.
The first button will give you access to a comprehensive list of users who provided their answers. This feature is particularly useful when analyzing the Net Promoter Score (NPS) as it enables you to view the individual scores given by each user within the specific group you have selected. This valuable information helps you gain a deeper understanding of the overall satisfaction level and allows for more detailed analysis of user feedback.
The second button, known as the "Filter" button, provides you with the option to selectively display survey responses based on specific criteria. By using this button, you can narrow down the displayed answers to only those that were given by users who provided the filtered answer. This allows you to focus on and analyze responses that are relevant to your specific criteria. It is also worth noting that you have the flexibility to apply multiple filters to the answers of a particular step, providing you with even more control and customization options.
As product feedback is a crucial and essential component of your app's development, it is highly recommended to harness and utilize this valuable data as quickly as possible. By doing so, you can make informed decisions and take necessary actions to improve your app's user experience and overall performance. There are various effective methods through which you can integrate this feedback into your tool stack, ensuring seamless data flow and enabling you to analyze, track, and address the issues highlighted by your users :
