Recruit users for interviews

This article describes how Jimo’s "Interview Prompt" feature allows you to seamlessly schedule and conduct user interviews directly in-app by integrating with your calendar.

Ask users to book a slot in your Calendar directly in-app

First, here's how you can do it: 1/ In your Jimo dashboard, create a Discovery experience (Tour or Survey). You can also directly select a template, and choose an interview prompt step. 2/ Input your step as you wish, you can choose different formats, design, add a profile, an image, etc. 3/ Then, copy/paste your Calendly or Google calendar link into the Calendar URL settings.

4/ Once you've targeted a list of relevant users, proactively engage them right in your product and ask them to participate in your study.
