This is the single source of truth for our current certifications, controls, and security documentation. It is kept up to date as our posture evolves.

## What is the Trust Center?

The Trust Center is our portal where you can review how Jimo protects your data and access our compliance documentation. Instead of going back and forth over email, your security and procurement teams find what they need directly, and request anything gated behind an NDA.

## What you'll find there

* **Certifications and framework status:** Our current standing on the security and privacy frameworks we work against (for example SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR), including any audit or certification in progress.
* **Security documentation:** Filled security questionnaire, latest penetration test summary, and an overview of our controls.
* **Sub-processors:** The full, up-to-date list of third parties involved in processing data.
* **Data hosting and residency:** Where your data is stored and under which safeguards.
* **DPA:** Our Data Processing Agreement, available for review and signature.
* **Data retention:** How long collected data is retained and how it is disposed of.
